It had savoury breakfast and admirable service. I loved the large bed. The staff - amazingly attentive and were happy to help with the requests. The roof top bar was delightful and the drinks were complimentary.

I loved staff and location, which were BEAUTIFUL. Magnificent view of lake. Lovely garden and very clean pool area. Near restaurants and bars, it was a bonus. Besides, the area was very vibrant, next to an urban square.

we loved location and staff, the hotel had essentials we needed. marvellous view, a small balcony, comfy bed, too. the staff did all they can for a fine stay. there was a trendy restaurant, the shops and the markets next door. very easy to get from arturo merino benitez airport, just 20 km. the early check-in too.

I truly enjoyed staff and food here. Comfortable bedroom and very comfy beds. Walking distance to the markets and shops across the street. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Castillo Forestal that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Late check-out was useful😃
